  • Regesto: Spruchbrief unter Alt-Bürgermeister Hans Tscharner zwischen Pontresina und Poschiavo wegen des Schneebruchs am Berninapass. Gemäss Klage der Oberengadiner weigern sich die Puschlaver den rechtlichen Verpflichtungen nachzukommen. Letztere beharren stattdessen auf einer früheren Ordnung. Es wird folgendermassen geurteilt: 1) Ausserhalb der "Muttala de Muttauns" wird ein Grenzstein gesetzt, bis zu dem beide Parteien den Schnee brechen sollen. 2) Falls eine Partei darüber hinaus brechen tue, soll sie dafür entschädigt werden. 3) Für offensichtliche Versäumnisse werden Bussen verteilt. 4) Im Sommer sollen beide Parteien ihre Seite bis an die gewöhnlichen Grenzen unterhalten.
